Orders placed on the shop.cerinistudio.com website Monday to Friday (except Italian holidays) will be processed and dispatched the same or the next day, subject to payment confirmation where at all possible.
Delivery is through DHL Express Shipping so all deliveries will be at the discretion of DHL Express Shipping delivery time frames. Orders will usually take around five working days within EU however this cannot be guaranteed at any rate and DHL Express Shipping holidays must also be taken into consideration. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange pickup of the order should they be unavailable to receive the parcel when it is delivered.
