Price
All product prices are given in Euros. Delivery fees and charges are based on shipping destination and are calculated before the order page. Roberto Cerini reserves the right to alter its prices at any time without prior notice for any reason. The products will be invoiced according to the prices in effect at the time the order is completed. The products ordered will remain the property of Roberto Cerini until full receipt of the payment is received. Payments must be made in full in one instalment at the time of purchase.
Ordering
The customer may order from the cerinistudio.com website, if there are any queries relating to products or orders they can be directed to info@cerinistudio.com and we will endeavour to reply within a few working days. Please note that Roberto Cerini is based in Trieste, Italy so emails will be checked only during 9:00 to 18:00 Italian Standard Time (GMT+1.00).
All orders will be acknowledged within 24 hours of placement, however this does not confirm the order will proceed. The order contract only becomes binding only when payment has been accepted by Roberto Cerini.
Roberto Cerini reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders from customers who have disputed previous orders and prices or anyone who Roberto Cerini deems to be a risk to the partnership.
All orders imply acceptance of the prices, product descriptions and terms and conditions available at the time of sale. Roberto Cerini aims to honour all orders received on the website to the best of their ability subject to product availability. If any of the products ordered are not available for whatever reason, Roberto Cerini will contact the customer as soon as possible to advise them of their order status. In the event that the product is permanently unavailable then the purchase will be cancelled and the customer will be duly refunded in the same manner that payment was made.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
The customer has a legal cooling-off period of seven working days starting the day after delivery to cancel the contract. Roberto Cerini extends this period to allow 14 days from the date of the order to the date the item is received back at the offices of Roberto Cerini to return items, provided that the conditions stated in the paragraph below are met.
Any products returned must be new, unused and unaltered and in the intact original box. Any exchange or return must be done in the “Contacts” section on cerinistudio.com
The exchange order will be dispatched where possible within 48 hours of the returned items being received at the office of Roberto Cerini. In the event that the product requested for exchange is no longer available, the customer will be offered another product in exchange of their choice or offered a full refund. It is strongly recommended that the customer retain proof of postage in the case of returns, if the item is lost in transit and no proof of postage can be shown then no refund or exchange will be possible. If the amount of the customer’s exchange order is lower than the initial order, Roberto Cerini will refund the difference within 30 days of receipt of his returned package to our office.
Refunds will be completed in the same fashion as payment was made to Roberto Cerini.
All returned products (including all packaging) must be received at the office of Roberto Cerini in exactly the same, intact condition as they were sent to the customer. On receipt of the returned package, it will be at the discretion of Roberto Cerini as to whether the goods are deemed as being in the same condition as they were sent to the customer. No returns will be accepted if the returned products have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and if this use or damage has rendered the products unsuitable for sale.
If the returned product is refused by Roberto Cerini, the product will then be returned to the customer at the expense of Roberto Cerini. The customer may not demand any compensation and will not be entitled to any refund, unless they subsequently exercise their warranty rights for sold goods.
Roberto Cerini will refund acceptably returned products within 30 days from the date of receipt of returned goods to the Roberto Cerini office.
